b8ta’s Statement on Store Closures

To the b8ta community -

On March 16 we made the difficult decision to close all US b8ta and Forum stores to the public until at least March 27.

b8ta is continuing to do our part to flatten the curve by keeping our stores closed until circumstances allow us to reopen them.

Meanwhile, we continue to offer unique retail experiences, including:

• Virtual appointments: one-on-one presentations of our unique products with one of our award-winning team members

• Live-streamed public presentations: check out our Facebook Events page or Instagram to drop in on a live presentation

• Unique video content: the b8ta Tester’s Favorites YouTube playlist lets you in on our retail team feel about some of their favorite b8ta offerings

• 24/7 Shopping: at b8ta.com, you can still purchase the products that make your days sheltering in place a little more pleasant, productive, and peaceful

All e-commerce items are shipped directly from our Austin, TX-based warehouse, which is regularly sanitized and cleaned, and staffed by a team of professionals dedicated to getting you your goods quickly and safely. We primarily ship through FedEx, who have instituted their own careful hygiene procedures.

Our employees are safe and connected. Our goal is to return with new ideas, innovative brands, and unexpected experiences that will surprise and delight.
