Pai Mu Tan Tea
1.5 oz of organic, rare white Chinese tea.
This rare, whole leaf white tea is made from small buds & picked in early spring from the Chaicha or Narcissus plant from Fujian. After plucking the tea (long, silvery-white leaf tips), it is dried in the sun or without further aid. The cup color is light with a shimmery amber tone, the taste is elegant and uplifting.

Pour just steaming water (176-194F) over one level teaspoon per 6oz. serving, steep 1-3 minutes to taste.
